Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging

Each product is made to order, so we recommend reviewing your purchase carefully before placing an order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product first. Once accepted, a new order can be placed.


European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to return it within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
