This request is for customers who wish to withdraw from their order within 14 calendar days after receiving the product.
The withdrawal request must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product.
If the request is accepted, the product must be sent back within 14 calendar days from the date the withdrawal request was submitted.
Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
If your product arrived damaged, you must contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include photos of the damaged product and photos of the packaging / parcel.
Keep the original packaging until the case is reviewed, as it may be needed for the courier claim.
